Non-Electronic Accessories

Customers must inspect items upon delivery to confirm they are in proper condition. If a manufacturing or quality issue is identified, the product may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Products that have been installed, used, or reported after 30 days from delivery will be considered accepted in good condition and will no longer qualify for warranty coverage.

Electronic Products

Electronic items purchased through our official sales channels are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

Warranty Coverage

If a product is found to be defective due to manufacturing or material faults during the warranty period, we will provide one of the following solutions:

Replacement
A replacement of the same product or a comparable model will be provided at no cost when applicable.

Refund

Warranty Exclusions

How to Request Warranty Service

When requesting service, please provide:

  • Proof of purchase.
  • Order number.
  • Clear photos showing the issue or defect.
  • Incomplete requests may delay processing.

Shipping Policy for Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are handled through product replacement rather than repair.

For products used for more than 180 days, customers may be responsible for the actual shipping cost of the replacement item.
